CITY MANAGER'S OVERVIEW <br />City Manager Smith presented overview of current: budget and the budget <br />process. <br />II. FINANCIAL UPDATE <br />Finance Director Ramchandani presented the financial report on the <br />FY 89 -90 and revenue projections on the FY 90 -92. <br />Assistant City Manager Jean, presented a 10 Year Financial Projections <br />Report. <br />III. 5 - YEAR C.I.P.
