Council discussed growth fees and impact on Redwood Shores, community <br />priorities, operating costs, staffing impacts, timing, build -out, and <br />leadership. <br />Robert Slusser, 541 Cringle Drive, Redwood City, former president of the <br />Redwood Shores Homeowners Assoc. described need for larger meeting <br />facilities in Redwood Shores and expressed support for impact fees, <br />acknowledging they would be disproportionate but Would provide long term <br />benefits to the City as a whole. <br />Theta Pappas, 587 Seahorse Lane, Redwood City spoke in favor of services <br />linking the Redwood Shores neighborhood more closely to other Redwood <br />City neighborhoods. <br />M /S: Claire /LaBerge to direct staff to continue study of facility fees <br />and impact fees and present final report for Council decision. <br />Carried by unanimous voice vote. <br />MINUTE ORDER N0. 90 -025, <br />------------------------ <br />V.
