FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact to the City as a result of this action. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />The Planning Commission determined that the project is categorically exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act per Section 15332 Class 32, <br />“Infill Development Project” because the project would not result in the significant effects <br />related to traffic, noise, air quality, or water quality; and can be adequately served by all <br />required utilities and public services.
