PUBLIC HEARING - Reimbursement Agreement proceedings Lakeview Pressure <br />Zone <br />Reports: Community Development Director 3/14/90 <br />Final Director's Report, Determination of Contingent <br />Reimbursement <br />Charge for Lakeview Pressure Zone Water Main Extension, 1990 <br />Affidavits of mailing, posting and publishing are on file in City Clerk <br />Department. <br />City Clerk read the names and addresses on the five written protests <br />received by 7:30 p.m., March 19, 1990 <br />Cathy Batti, 526 and 534 Hillside Road, Redwood City <br />Robert and Geraldine Campana and Family_,390 Greendale Way, Redwood City <br />Victor Sadri, 594 Hillway Drive, Redwood City <br />George Borg, 384 Greendale Way, Redwood City <br />Glen De Maria and Jill De Maria, Parcels 057- 162 -420 and -430 <br />City Engineer Luck presented the staff report emphasizing that only those <br />parcels benefiting from the Lakeview Pressure Zone Water main Extension, <br />1990 will be required to pay a reimbursement charge for a new domestic <br />water service connection. <br />Mayor Greenalch declared the Public Hearing open at 8:14 p.m. <br />The following people addressed the Council expressing opposition to <br />granting application for reimbursement agreement: <br />George Borq, 384 Greendale Way, Redwood City <br />Connie de Maria, 149 Watkins, Atherton <br />Doug Finlay, 360 Summit Drive, Redwood City, described benefit to <br />developers and suggested establishing special reimbursement districts based <br />on project size and equity. <br />Victor Sadri, 594 Hillway Drive, Redwood City stated his property should be <br />exempt from the reimbursement cost of a water meter connection as he has <br />already built and paid for a 6" water main to his property. <br />Terry Walker, 22 Sunny Hill Road, Redwood City requested further <br />information from Engineering Division regarding the correct boundaries of <br />her properties. City Engineer Luck to provide information. <br />MEMO 3/20/90 <br />Jane Shelffar, 279 Sylvan Way, Redwood City <br />Tim Rea, 418 Summit Drive, Redwood City <br />Bill Steward, 218 G.
