Kiwanis <br />Club Carnival was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Buchan, Claire, LaBerge, Murray, Stangel and Mayor <br />Greenalch <br />NOES: Councilmember Bury <br />Carried by unanimous voice vote.
