Proclamation for Mediation Week, March 25-31, 1990 <br /> Mayor Greenalch presented the proclamation proclaiming Mediation Week to <br /> Ruben Barrales of the Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center. Ruben thanked <br /> Redwood City, staff and Council. <br />-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />2. County presentation regarding TSM <br /> Report: Planning Director, Patterson and Planner II, Gary Bonte II, 3/21/90 <br /> Report: San Mateo County Planning Department, 2/90 <br /> George Bergman San Mateo County Planning Dept. and County Transportation <br /> Authority presented report and discussed the goals and policies of the <br /> County TSM plan which was tentatively approved by the Transportation <br /> Authority. Comments should be submitted in writing within three weeks to <br /> Mr. Bergman's office. A revised version will be available in June. <br /> CONSENSUS: It was determined by Mayor Greenalch that it was the consensus <br /> of the Council to direct the City Manager to forward the Planning director's <br /> report, which includes Council comments, to the County. <br />-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />3. PUBLIC HEARING - Vacate that portion of the street easement commonly known <br /> as Hill crest Way <br /> Report: Community Development, 2/20/90 <br /> City Engineer Curt Luck introduced formal process to abandon public <br /> right-of-way. <br /> Mayor Greenalch declared the Public Hearing open at 7:48 p.m. and invited <br /> anyone who wished to speak to do so. No one wished to speak. <br /> M/S: Stangel/Murray to close the Public Hearing <br /> Carried by unanimous voice vote and Hearing was closed at 7:49 p.m. <br /> Titl e read. M/S: LaBerge/Stangel <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 11249 VACATING A PORTION OF A STREET EASEMENT, HILLCREST WAY, <br /> IN THE CITV OF REDWOOD CITV IN ACCORDANCE WITH PART 3 OF DIVISION 9, STREETS <br /> AND HIGHWAVS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> Approved by unanimous roll call vote. <br />-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> Reg.
