In response to Council questions, Planning Director Patterson advised that each project in a "CG -R" would have to be a minimum of two acres, secure a planned development permit, have 50% commercial activity and have a minimum of 20 dwellings and commercial use must be compatible with residences. Any future change would be subject to same requirements to amend all planned development agreements. M /S: Stangel /Claire to close the Public Hearings.
