Storefront Improvement Program - Downtown Redwood City Redevelopment Area <br />Report: Community Development Director, April 19, 1990 <br />Redevelopment Aqency Director Church presented the staff report and amended <br />wording on page 2, Part II, of the guidelines to read owner /Tenant Costs up <br />to $5,000, and Page 1, Part II, Section A, explained the focus is on retail <br />businesses. <br />In response to Council questions, Planning Director Patterson explained <br />these guidelines were necessary and would not inhibit smaller projects, and <br />some vendors provide architectural drawings for little or no cost. <br />Frank Bizzaro, 3549 Highland, Redwood City presented drawings of the <br />renovations he is able to make on his property at 863 Main Street due to the <br />Storefront Improvement Program. <br />a.
