STRATEGIC GENERAL PLAN <br />Report: Decisions 2000, Strategic General Plan <br />City Manager Smith described the purpose of the meeting and the process <br />of developing strategies to accomplish the goals of the General Plan. <br />a. Overview - Planning Director Patterson <br />b. Budget Implications - City Manager Smith <br />c.
