Robert Slusser, Parks and Recreation Commission member, advised that the Commission had recommended consideration of all potential sites within Redwood City sphere of influence recommended amending the proposed motion to reflect this change. CONSENSUS: It was determined by Mayor La Berge that it was the consensus of the Council to amend the proposed motion by substituting "a golf range site" for the words "the site." Hiram Sibley, 6729 Dartmouth Way, San Jose, co- operator of Redwood Shores Golf, advised Council this was one of the last open areas in Redwood City and Council had this last opportunity to preserve open space in the City.
