Darcy Anderson, 1118 Virginia, Redwood City asked Council to install a traffic light at the corner of Upton and Roosevelt to mitigate the dangers to autos and pedestrians attempting to use that intersection. A petition and additional information was submitted for Council review. (302 -14) CONSENSUS: It was determined by Mayor La Berge that it was the consensus of the Council to refer this matter to the Traffic Advisory Committee for review and recommendations. Matt Leipzig, Chairman of the Traffic Advisory Committee, invited Darcy Anderson to participate in the Committee's next meeting on June 7, 1990 in the Community Room of the new Library. MEMO 5/22/90 b. George Conway, 708 Alameda de las Pulgas, Redwood City asked Council to enforce the no smoking policy in the Veterans and Senior Center on Madison.
