Out -of- Pocket Expenses: <br />MuniServices will absorb all expenses incurred by MuniServices in providing its services as described <br />herein. These expenses include items such as employee salaries and benefits, insurance, <br />airfare, auto rentals, meals, lodging, express mail, telephone, copying, directories, on-line <br />resources, and other overhead and miscellaneous expenses. <br />Additional Consultina Pervlces: <br />The City may request that MuniServices provide additional consulting services at anytime during term of <br />the Agreement. If MuniServices and the City agree on the scope of the additional consulting services <br />requested, then MuniServices shall provide the additional consulting services on a Time and Materials <br />basis. Depending on the personnel assigned to perform the work, MuniServices' standard hourly rates <br />range from $75 per hour to $200 per hour. <br />Depending on the personnel assigned to perform the work, MuniServices' standard hourly rates will <br />apply. The following are sample hourly rates based on the job classification: <br />• Principal: $200 per hour <br />• Project Manager: $175 per hour <br />• Client Services: $150 per hour <br />• Information Technology (IT) support: $175 per hour <br />• Operational Support: <br />o Director or Manager: $175 per hour <br />o Senior Analyst: $125 per hour <br />o Analyst: $100 per hour <br />o Administrative: $75 per hour <br />These additional consulting services will be invoiced at least monthly based on actual time and <br />expenses incurred. <br />Maximum Amount Pavable for Citv-Specific Compliance Review Services Additional Consultina <br />Services: <br />The aggregate amount payable to MuniServices for City -Specific Compliance Review Services, <br />AB1717 Services and/or Additional Consulting Services shall not exceed $45,000 during the initial <br />three-year Term of this Agreement (the "Hourly Services Maximum').
