Materials and Equipment: All tools, labor, materials and equipment necessary to <br />carry out this program are to be provided by the Contractor. No alteration or <br />substitution of materials is permissible without the express written authority of <br />City or SMCMVCD. <br />B. Rodenticide: Bromadiolone, diphacinone or bromethalin shall serve as the <br />rodenticide. The rodenticide shall be used in the form of a paraffin bait block, of <br />the type manufactured by LiphaTech Inc. Bait blocks shall consist of one (1) <br />eight -ounce (8 oz.) bait block and shall contain 0.005 percent (0.005%) <br />bromadiolone per unit weight. <br />Rodenticide may be changed by the SMCMVCD at any time depending on <br />activity and location of bait. Notice will be given to Contractor in a reasonable <br />amount of time specifying which bait and area needs to be changed. <br />Manufacturer: LiphaTech Inc., 3600 W. Bait Station: A Protecta tamper -proof bait station with key access or similar will <br />be used to house bait. <br />In areas where extraordinary safety precautions are deemed necessary, no bait <br />stations shall be installed. <br />D.
