(GEl) has been asked by Brian Lee of the City of <br /> Redwood City to propose a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (PHASE I <br /> ESA) of four commercial property parcels located on the east side of Bradford <br /> Street near the intersection of Bradford and Main Streets., Redwood City, <br /> California (subject properties). The subject properties consist of four separate <br /> parcels identified as APN 052-372-999, APN 052-372-200, APN 052-372-170 <br /> and APN 052-372-240. <br /> GEl proposes to take representative soil samples on the subject property in areas <br /> where fill material was suspected to have been used (former Redwood Creek <br /> channel). Groundwater samples will be collected on the up gradient, mid gradient <br /> and downgradient portions of the subject properties as well as near the property <br /> line at locations adjacent to potential offsite groundwater contamination areas <br /> (i.e. former Gulf-Oil service station at 900 Veterans Boulevard and Bradford <br /> street parking lot located to the south). Analytical results will be compared to <br /> RWQCB Residential Environmental Screening Levels (ESLs) which includes day <br /> care facilities. <br />Proiect Scope <br />I. Work Plan <br /> .
