Soil Investigation <br /> · Six (6) soil borings will be drilled on the subject property for the purpose of <br /> collecting soil and groundwater samples. Borings will be drilled using a <br /> Geoprobe direct-push drill rig. <br /> · Boring locations will be cleared by notifying Underground Service Alert as <br /> well as through the use of a private utility locating company. <br /> · Up to six (6) soil samples collected from the six (6) borings will be analyzed <br /> at a California Certified Laboratory for (TPHg), benzene, toluene and total <br /> xylenes (BTEX) and MTBE by EP A Method 8260, Total Extractable <br /> Petroleum Hydrocarbons (TEPH) by EPA Method 3510/8015M, Volatile <br /> Organic Compounds by EP A Method 8260B and semi-volatile organic <br /> compound by EP A Method 8270C, polychlorinated biphenyls and <br /> organochlorine pesticides by EPA Method 808lA and 8082 and CAM 17 <br /> metals by EPA Method 60l0B and 7470/7471, 200.7. <br /> · All soil sampling is to be conducted under the supervision of a California <br /> Registered Geologist. <br />III.
