UNIFORM ADMINISTRATION REQUIREMENTS. Contractor will <br /> comply with the requirements and standards of the Community Development <br /> Block Grant Regulations, OMB Circular A-122 Cost Principles for Non-Profit <br /> Organizations, OMB Circular A-110 attachments A, B, C, F, H, N, and 0, and <br /> all other federal, state, and local laws, regulations and requirements, as <br /> applicable. <br /> 20. LEAD-BASED PAINT. The use of lead-based paint is prohibited. <br /> In the event lead-based paint is found on residential property, appropriate <br /> abatement procedures may be required by City. <br /> 21. GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. Contractor will keep fully <br /> informed of federal, state and local laws and ordinances and regulations which in <br /> any manner affect those employed by Contractor, or in any way affect the <br /> performance of the Program by Contractor. Contractor will at all times observe <br /> and comply with these laws, ordinances, and regulations and will be responsible <br /> for the compliance of Contractor's services with all applicable laws, ordinances <br /> and regulations. <br /> 22. JURISDICTIONS AND VENUE. Any action at law or in equity <br /> brought by either of the Parties for the purpose of enforcing a right or rights <br /> provided for by this Agreement will be tried in a court of competent jurisdiction in <br /> the County of San Mateo, State of California, and the Parties waive all provisions <br /> of law providing for a change of venue in these proceedings to any other county. <br /> CDBG/DJT.cje 8 8/23/2004 <br />
