(iv) The portion of a facility used to provide the Program will contain no religious symbols or decorations. 19. UNIFORM ADMINISTRATION REQUIREMENTS. Contractor will comply with the requirements and standards of the Community Development Block Grant Regulations, OMB Circular A-122 Cost Principles for Non-Profit Organizations, OMB Circular A-110 attachments A, B, C, F, H, N, and 0, and all other federal, state, and local laws, regulations and requirements, as applicable. 20. LEAD-BASED PAINT. The use of lead-based paint is prohibited. In the event lead-based paint is found on residential property, appropriate abatement procedures may be required by City. 21. GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. Contractor will keep fully informed of federal, state and local laws and ordinances and regulations which in any manner affect those employed by Contractor, or in any way affect the performance of the Program by Contractor. Contractor will at all times observe and comply with these laws, ordinances, and regulations and will be responsible for the compliance of Contractor's services with all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations. 22. JURISDICTIONS AND VENUE. Any action at law or in equity brought by either of the Parties for the purpose of enforcing a right or rights provided for by this Agreement will be tried in a court of competent jurisdiction in the County of San Mateo, State of California, and the Parties waive all provisions of law providing for a change of venue in these proceedings to any other county.
