ALTERNATIVES <br />Council may choose not to approve Amendment No. 2 in the amount of $33,941.00. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Amendment No. 2 increases the Original agreement and Amendment No. 1 by $33,941 <br />for a total of $97,671. Funds for the design of the park have been appropriated in the <br />Park Impact Fees designated for this project. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />As the lead agency, City of Redwood City has determined that the Linden Park <br />Renovation Project meets the CEQA exemption criteria as set forth in Section 15303 <br />“New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures” and Section 15304 “Minor <br />Alterations to Land”.
