Claire <br />received the highest number of votes given for said office of <br />Council member for the full four (4) year term, and Jack <br />Greenalch, Georgi LaBerge, and Richard S. Claire were thereby <br />elected Council members for the full term of four (4) years; and <br />the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to sign and <br />deliver to each of the aforesaid elected Council members a <br />Certificate of Election and to administer to each of said persons <br />the Oath of Office prescribed in the Constitution of the State of <br />California. <br />2 <br />
