���24. <br /> b. A eal <br /> If the applicant objects to the additional amount of the Application <br /> Deposit they may, within seven (7) calendar days of being informed of the <br /> additional Application Deposit, appeal the additional deposit in the <br /> manners described in paragraph D.3 above. During the period of any <br /> such appeal, the review of the project shall be held in abeyance until the <br /> appeal is resolved. <br /> 7. Non-Pa, ent <br /> If the applicant neither pays nor appeals the deposit of an additional <br /> Application Deposit, the Planning Director shall make a report of such <br /> non-payment to the City Council. The applicant will be given the <br /> opportunity to respond and the Council at that time may declare the <br /> amount owed past due and the City may collect such amount by use of <br /> any available legal means. <br /> 8. Unused De�osit <br /> When the project review period is complete, the Planning Director shall <br /> either return any unused funds to the applicant or request additional <br /> funds, with a statement of expenditures. The final statement and any <br /> return of funds shall be made no later than ninety (90) days from the end <br /> of the Project Review Period. <br /> 9.
