/� <br /> -1 D <br /> NEIGHBORHOOD SURVEY FEEDBACK <br /> Redwood City conducts a general city satisfaction survey every two years. The goal of each survey <br /> is to obtain citizen feedback on general city services in addition to detailed opiruons on a different <br /> city department each year. In the current survey, the focus is upon the Park, Recreation and <br /> Community Services Department. This section of the report identifies the overall importance of <br /> the Department relative to the entire survey as well as the specific usage, importance and <br /> satisfaction with the Department. <br /> Low Perception of Problems <br /> In the overall context of the questions asked Redwood City residents, the survey found very <br /> infrequent mention of unproving the Department's services and facilities. Specific issues pertaining <br /> to 'Improving parks and recreation facilities' were cited by less than one percent (<1%) of the total <br /> respondents. This su�ests that city residents do not see parks and recreation facilities as a major <br /> cause of concern. As seen below, this is consistent with the finding that the overwhelming majority <br /> of respondents are satisfied with the Deparhnent's services and facilities. <br /> Usa4e.
