The most important <br /> recreation service attribute provided to residents was 'Organized sports for youth and teens.' <br /> The second identifies the satisfaction with the Deparunent's services. This uses a scale of -2 to <br /> +2, where -2 represents `Very dissatisfied' and +2 represents `Very satisfied.'
