�� �i3 <br /> � <br /> Community Services: Importance and Satisfaction <br /> This section of the survey is broken into two separate parts, the importance and the satisfaction <br /> with the Department's community services. <br /> The first identifies the unportance of the Department's services using a scale oF 0 to 4, where 0 <br /> represents 'Not at all important' and 4 represents 'Extremely important.' When asked about the <br /> importance of the Depar�nent's community services, high ratings of unportance were given to all <br /> of the facility attributes tested. All attributes of community services considered by respondents to <br /> be, at least, 'Very important'. <br /> The second identifies the satisfaction with the Department's services. This uses a scale of -2 to <br /> +2, where -2 represents 'Very dissatisfied' and +2 represents `Very satisfied.' When asked about <br /> the satisfaction with the Departinent's community services, all levels of service received positive <br /> satisfaction ratings.
