9. Major Repairs, Replacements, Additions and Renovation. <br />City and District shall bear the costs of any major repairs, <br />replacements, additions or renovations of facilities and equipment on <br />the Sandpiper Joint Use Site as follows: <br />a. District shall pay one hundred per cent (100%) of the cost of <br />major repair, replacements, additions or renovations of any and all <br />facilities and equipment that City would not customarily construct or <br />install in a similar park and recreation facility operated by City. <br />b. City shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the cost of major <br />repair, replacements, additions or renovations of any and all facilities <br />and equipment that District would not customarily construct or install <br />in a similar playground facility serving an elementary school, operated <br />by District. <br />C. City shall pay one hundred percent (100$) of the cost of major <br />repair or renovation of any and all athletic fields installed on the <br />Sandpiper Joint Use Site. <br />d. District and City shall share equally in the cost of major <br />repair or renovation of any and all facilities and equipment that would <br />customarily be installed in a park and recreation facility operated by <br />City and in an elementary school facility operated by District, with the <br />exception of the multipurpose room/community center. Such shared <br />facilities and equipment shall include major infrastructure improvements <br />that serve both parties. <br />e.
