as are necessary to carry out the provisions of this Agreement. <br />The City Manager, or his or her designee, and the District <br />Superintendent, or his or her designee, shall meet at least once each <br />calendar year to review and discuss administration of this Agreement. <br />This paragraph shall not be interpreted to prevent the City Manager <br />or the District Superintendent from referring any proposed action with <br />respect to this Agreement to their respective legislative bodies for <br />consideration and action. Further, this paragraph shall not be <br />interpreted as a delegation to the City Manager or District <br />Superintendent of any powers that, by law, may only be exercised by the <br />City Council or Board of Trustees. <br />24.
