Section 38 is added to the Agreement to read as follows: "38. Joint Use Map Exhibit E, attached hereto and incorporated by reference, depicts the Sandpiper Joint Use Site and identifies the specific areas within the site over which each entity (City or District) has exclusive use and the specific areas within the site over which City and District have shared use pursuant to the terms of this Joint Use Agreement. In the event, the terms of the Joint Use Agreement are in conflict with the depiction on the Joint Use Map, the terms of the Joint Use Agreement are controlling." 14.
