The property contains three (3) flow- <br />through planters and one (1) bioretention basin (see separate Maintenance Plan), located as <br />described below and as shown in the attached exhibits: <br />The Flow -Through Planters are located adjacent to the building on either side. <br />I. Routine Maintenance Activities <br />The principal maintenance objectives are to ensure that water flows unimpeded into the <br />flow-through planters and landscaping remains attractive in appearance. Table 1 shows <br />the routine maintenance activities for the flow-through planters and Table 2 shows routine <br />maintenance activities for the storm drain lift station and detention pipes.
