<br /> FXS:dft l/29/90R (002/9) <br /> FXS:dft L2/04/90R <br />approved thereunder and from which no appeal has been taken, <br />or who shall fail to comply with such an order, license, or <br />permit as affirmed or modified by the Councilor by a Court <br />of competent jurisdiction within the time fixed therein, <br />shall severally, for each and every such violation and <br />noncompliance respectively, be guilty of an infraction and, <br />upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by: <br /> (1) A fine not exceeding One Hundred and No/100 <br /> Dollars ($100.00) for a first violation; <br /> (2 ) A fine not exceeding Two Hundred Fifty and <br /> No/I00 Dollars ($250.00) for a second violation of the <br /> same provision within one (1) year from the date of the <br /> first violation; <br /> (3) A fine not exceeding Five Hundred and No/100 <br /> Dollars ($500.00) for each additional violation of the <br /> same provision within one (1) year from the date of the <br /> first violation. <br /> The imposition of any one penalty for any violation <br />shall not excuse the violation or permit it to continue. <br />Each and every day a violation shall continue shall be <br />deemed to be a separate violation. <br /> (b) The Chief or his authorized representatives shall <br />enforce the provisions of the Fire Code adopted by Section <br />12.7 and as amended by this Article and all orders, <br />licenses, certificates, permits and plans and specifications <br />issued or approved thereunder and shall have the authority <br />to issue citations for violations thereof." <br /> 18 <br /> .- --_.._.~ <br />
