<br /> FXS:dft 1/29/90R (002/9) <br /> FXS:dft L2/04/90R <br /> SECTION 3. All former ordinances or parts thereof <br />conflicting or inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance <br />or of the Code hereby adopted, are hereby repealed. <br /> SECTION 4. If any section, paragraph, sentence or word of <br />this ordinance or of the Code hereby adopted should for any <br />reason, be found invalid, it is intended that all other portions <br />of this ordinance independent of any such portion as may be <br />declared invalid shall be valid. <br /> SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) <br />days after the date of its adoption; provided, however, that the <br />construction of any building or structure lawfully commenced by <br />the completion of its foundation structure may be completed in <br />accordance with the applicable provisions of the Redwood City <br />Code repealed by this ordinance provided that such construction <br />is in strict compliance with such provisions. <br /> * * * <br /> 19 <br /> .._._._._. <br />
