The provisions of this section <br /> shall not apply to connections made to public sewers <br /> maintained by the West Bay Sanitary District or the Fair <br /> Oaks Sewer Maintenance District within the City." <br /> SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE, OPERATIVE DATES.
