<br /> DES:djk n9/13/90 (007/09) <br /> DES:djk 9/17/90R <br />source, and the Director determines that a connection should <br />be made to the sewer constructed at the City's expense, the <br />additional fee required by this subdivision shall not be <br />applicable. <br /> " (d) Plumbing Code Fees. All fees required by the <br />City's Plumbing Code shall be paid in addition to all fees <br />required by this resolution. <br /> " (e) Additional Dwelling Units. In the event <br />additional dwelling units are to be constructed which would <br />increase the number of dwelling units being served by a <br />single sewer connection, a wastewater treatment capacity fee <br />shall be paid for such additional dwelling units in <br />accordance with subdivision (a) (1) . The fee payable shall <br />be the amount by which the wastewater treatment capacity fee <br />calculated upon the number of dwelling units after such <br />construction exceeds the wastewater treatment capacity fee <br />calculated upon the number of dwelling units prior to such <br />construction. <br /> "(f) Additional Industrial Volume. In the event the <br />volume of waste or wastewater to be discharged into the <br />sewerage facilities from a commercial, industrial, <br />institutional, or other non-residential structure is <br />increased by installation of additional plumbing fixtures or <br />enlargement, expansion, or reconstruction of said structure, <br />and such structure is to be served by an existing sewer <br />connection, a wastewater treatment capacity fee shall be <br />paid for such additional volume in accordance with <br /> 9 <br /> ~_.._"'~." <br />
