amount so appropriated, and the Treasurer shall keep e11 such funds separate <br />from other funds in his possession. The auditor shall draw and sign warrants <br />upon such funds, when allowed by the Board, in accordance with Section 59 of <br />this Chaster, and all powers and duties therein conferred or imposed upon the <br />City Council are, in relation to port funds, hereby conferred and imposed upon <br />the Board. The Board shall have the exclusive management and disbursement of <br />such funds. <br />The Council may also, from time to time, make further appropriations <br />to the Board of such amounts as may, in its judgment, be necessary or proper. <br />Section 48d. RFPAYMFIn Or SURPLUS FUNDS: All moneys once apportioned <br />or appropriated to the Board, and all income from the operation of the port and <br />its facilities, or all net income from leases or other sources, shall remain <br />in its control until expended, provided the Board may from time to time pay <br />over to the General Funds of the City profits from the operation of the port, <br />and any surplus fluids which, in its judgment, may not be needed for port <br />purposes. <br />Section 48e. 101M itaur; 5T61J14ASS: The proceeds from the sale of bonds <br />now authorized or which shall hereafter be authorized for port purposes, shall <br />be under the control of and expended by the Board, and sho11 be expended for the <br />objects and purposes for which the indebtedness was incurred. WORKING CAPITAL: The Council shall appropriate Ono Thou_ <br />sand Dollars ($$1,000.00) to the Board for the fiscal year 1936-1937 which shall <br />be under the jurisdiction and control of the Board. as soon as it is legally <br />constituted. <br />Section Ogg, DUTIES OF TREASURER: All moneys under the control of <br />the Board shall be immediately paid over to the Treasurer of the City of <br />Redwood City, who shall have the care end custody of said funds, and shall <br />keep separate accounts thereof, and pay out the same, as provided in this <br />Charter. <br />Section 49.
