h. General design considerations — Consultant shall provide any comments based <br />on general design, general constructability, or general operation and <br />maintenance based on our extensive experience evaluating and designing these <br />types of flood control systems. <br />i. Specifications — Consultant shall provide a high level review of the specifications <br />and provide comments based on the need to certify the project. <br />Deliverables: <br />Written comments on the civil and structural drawings, geotechnical report, structural <br />calculations, specifications, and interior drainage report. The comments shall be <br />structured per the above nine considerations, and shall discuss whether the design <br />meets the requirements as documented in relevant levee certification material. <br />TASK 2 — MEETINGS (AS NEEDED) <br />Consultant shall provide written comments and shall meet with the City to discuss as <br />needed. Consultant shall meet with the design consultant BKF Engineers, Inc to <br />elaborate/discuss the comments as needed. <br />PHASE II (100% DOCUMENTS SEGMENT F) <br />Consultant shall complete all the above tasks listed under Phase I (Task 1.1, 1.2, <br />and 2) for segment F. Work under this phase also includes review of any interface or <br />impacts that Segment F may have with the rest of the levee system. <br />PHASE III (ADDITIONAL AS -NEEDED REVIEW) <br />At the direction of the City, Consultant shall provide additional as -needed review <br />services on project documents including, but not limited to, civil and structural <br />drawings, geotechnical report, structural calculations, specifications, and interior <br />drainage report. <br />D.
