<br /> MJP:~";m 04/06/90 (015/8) <br />partnership, has acquired all of Redwood Shore's right, title and <br />interest in and to the real property which is subject to the <br />Amended Development Agreement, and under the terms of the Amended <br />Purchase Agreement, Redwood Shores has assigned to RSP its right, <br />title, and interest in and to the Amended Development Agreement; <br />and <br /> WHEREAS, by this Second Amendment to the Development <br />Agreement between Redwood Shores, Inc. , and the City of Redwood <br />City, for itself and on behalf of Redwood City General <br />Improvement District No. 1-64, (hereinafter referred to as <br />"Second Amendment"), the City wishes to consent to the assignment <br />to RSP by Redwood Shores of its rights under the Amended <br />Development Agreement, release Redwood Shores from all <br />obligations arising under the Amended Development Agreement <br />accruing from and after the date that this Second Amendment shall <br />become effective, and permit RSP to be substituted in place of <br />Redwood Shores under the Amended Development Agreement, so as to <br />be entitled to all rights and benefits of Redwood Shores under <br />the Amended Development Agreement; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after noticed public <br />hearing, has found that such amendment is consistent with the <br />General Plan and has recommended to this Council that this Second <br />Amendment be approved; and <br /> WHEREAS, after noticed public hearing and upon finding that <br />the amendment is consistent with the General Plan, this Council <br />desires to approve said Second Amendment; <br /> 2 <br /> 2017 <br /> - ~.., ..- <br />
