<br /> MJP:r~m 04/06/90 (015/8) <br /> MJP:~_~ 05/15/90R <br />NOW THEREFORE: <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY, for itself and on behalf of <br />General Improvement District No. 1-64, does hereby ordain as <br />follows: <br /> SECTION 1. That certain amendment to agreement, <br />entitled "Second Amendment to Development Agreement", by and <br />between the City of Redwood City, by and for itself and on <br />behalf of General Improvement District No. 1-64, Redwood <br />Shores, Inc. , a California Corporation, and Redwood Shores <br />Properties, a California joint venture general partnership, <br />a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br />to which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars <br />thereof, is hereby approved. <br /> SECTION 2. This Council does hereby find that the <br />above referenced agreement as amended is consistent with the <br />General Plan. <br /> SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall cause a copy of this <br />ordinance and of the amendment adopted hereby to be recorded <br />in the office of the County Recorder within ten (10 ) days <br />after its execution; provided, however, that this ordinance <br />shall be effective 30 days after its adoption. <br /> * * * <br /> 3 <br /> 2017 <br /> -...~.<, - <br />
