The sewer service <br />will discharge to the existing 10-inch sewer main in Main Street. <br /> <br />Joint Trench: The overhead joint lines along the Walnut Street project frontage <br />are to be undergrounded as a part of the project. <br /> <br />Grading <br />The proposed 851 Main Street project building extends to the lot lines. As such, <br />the only grading involved with the project is the new sidewalks along Main Street <br />and Walnut Street.
