<br /> DAS:d;k 03/02/89 (016/7) <br /> DAS:C: 03/06/89R <br /> MAR 2 0 1989 <br /> o R DIN A N C E N o. 1990 ORIGINAL <br /> --------- <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CHAPTER HEADING OF; AMENDING THE <br /> ARTICLE HEADINGS FOR ARTICLES II AND III OF; AND <br /> AMENDING SECTIONS 34.1, 34 . 2 AND 34.3 OF CHAPTER 34 OF <br /> THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO MOBILE <br /> HOMES, TRAILERS, AND MOBILE HOME AND TRAILER PARKS <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION l. The heading of Chapter 34 of the Code of the <br />City of Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Chapter 34. <br />"MOBILE HOMES, TRAILERS, AND MOBILE HOME AND TRAILER PARKS" <br /> SECTION 2. The heading of Article II of Chapter 34 of the <br />Code of the City of Redwood City is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> "ARTICLE II. Mobile Homes and Trailers" <br /> SECTION 3. The heading of Article III of Chapter 34 of the <br />Code of the City of Redwood City is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> "ARTICLE III. Mobile Home and Trailer Parks" <br /> SECTION 4. Section 34.1 of Chapter 30 of the Redwood City <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 34. l. Definitions. For the purpose of this <br /> chapter, the following terms shall be construed as herein <br /> set forth unless it is apparent from the context that they <br /> have a different meaning: <br /> (a) Mobile Home. Any unit transportable in one or <br /> more sections, used or designed to be used for living or <br /> sleeping purposes or both, and which is not equipped with <br /> 1990 <br /> .....""-... - <br />
