Any place, area, or tract of <br />land offered to the public for the accommodation of any <br />mobile home, except recreational areas operated by public <br />agencies or areas used exclusively for the sale or storage <br />of mobile homes. <br /> (c) Trailer. Shall mean any unit used, or designed to <br />be used, for living or sleeping purposes or both, and which <br />is equipped with wheels for transporting such unit from <br />place to place whether by motive power or other means. <br /> (d) Trailer Park. Shall mean any area, or tract of <br />land offered to the public for the accommodation of any <br />trailer, except recreational areas operated by public <br />agencies or areas used exclusively for the sale or storage <br />of trailers." <br />SECTION 5. Section 34.2 of Chapter 34 of the Redwood City <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 34.2. Enforcement of Chapter. It shall be <br />the responsibility of the health officer of the county to <br />administer and enforce the provisions of this chapter; <br />provided, however, that the chief of police, chief of the <br />fire department, building official or zoning administrator <br />may administer and enforce the provisions of this chapter <br />when conditions affecting the health, safety or welfare of <br />persons or the public require such administration and <br />enforcement." <br /> 2 <br /> 199C <br /> ~. ... .. <br />
