Whenever certain hours are named <br />in this chapter, they shall mean standard time or daylight saving <br />time as may be in current use in this city. <br />"Parkway. That portion of a street other than a roadway or <br />a sidewalk. <br />"Passenger Loading Zone. The space adjacent to a curb <br />reserved for the exclusive use of vehicles during the loading or <br />unloading of passengers. <br />"Police Officer. Every officer of the police department of <br />this city. <br />"Truck. Truck means any vehicle other than a bus, trailer, <br />trailer coach, or house car with a width of more than 78 inches <br />and/or an overall length of more than 215 inches." <br />SECTION 3. Section 20.101 of Chapter 20 of the Redwood <br />City Code is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 4. Section 20.101 of Chapter 20 of the Redwood <br />City Code is hereby added to read as follows: <br />"Section 20.10l. Same - For Trucks, Etc. , on any Street. <br />" (a) No person shall stop, stand, or park any truck, <br />bus, trailer, trailer coach, house car, vehicle <br />equipped with a camper, or any commercial vehicle of <br />any kind, at any time on any street in the city for a <br />period of time longer than one hour between the hours <br />of 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. of any day. <br />" (b) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (a) <br /> 2 <br /> - . .--,.....,,- <br />
