<br /> DPC¡:djk 05/02/88 (# 6) <br /> l J:djk OS/09/88R <br /> DES:djk OS/09/88RR <br />Manager shall designate a member of the City's staff to assist <br />the Committee and to carry out administrative functions thereof. <br /> (2) Appeals to Committee. Any user aggrieved by a <br />determination, order, or directive of the Director made pursuant <br />to the provisions of subdivisions (a) and (b) of Section 6, <br />Section 8, or Section 9 of this ordinance may appeal such <br />determination, order, or directive to the Water Conservation <br />Committee. Written notification of such appeal shall be filed <br />with the City Clerk within ten (10) days after notification of <br />the determination, order, or directive of the Director, and shall <br />set forth in detail the facts and reasons supporting the appeal. <br />Hearing on the appeal shall be held by the Committee within <br />thirty (30) days from the date of filing the notice of appeal. <br />The appellant, the Director, and such other persons as the <br />Committee may deem appropriate, shall be heard at the hearing on <br />appeal. Upon conclusion of the hearing, the Committee may <br />affirm, reverse, or modify the determination, order or directive <br />of the Director as the Committee deems just and equitable, and in <br />furtherance of the provisions, purposes and intent of this <br />ordinance. During the pendency of any such appeal, the <br />determination, order or directive of the Director shall remain in <br />full force and effect. All decisions of the Committee shall be <br />in writing and shall be delivered personally or sent to the <br />appellant by first class (or equivalent) postage prepaid mail. <br /> (b) Appeals to Council. Any user aggrieved by a <br />determination, order, or directive of the Water Conservation <br />Committee made pursuant to the provisions of subdivision (a)(2) <br /> 12 <br /> , ------ <br />
