Where both ceiling and wall framing members indicate water damage <br />will be replaced in kind and secure building permit for inspection. <br /> Remove all damaged electrical Knob and tube wiring Install new electrical wiring to <br />kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, hallway, garage and bedroom. <br /> Remove all galvanized plumbing if corroded or replace any leaking pipes. <br /> Rehabilitate damaged bathroom plumbing fixtures and cabinets and remodel new <br />plumbing and electrical and secure building permit for inspection. <br /> Rehabilitate dilapidate kitchen cabinets and plumbing fixtures and secure building <br />permit for inspection. <br /> Remove and replace all damaged light fixtures and secure electrical permit for final <br />inspection. <br /> Install new smoke alarms and carbon monoxide. <br /> Rehabilitate all flooring membranes and replace all water damage or dry rot. <br /> Replace all broken doors. <br /> Replace wall heater with permit for inspection. <br />7.B. - Page 25
