The project site’s <br />address is given as 1409 El Camino Real in Downtown Redwood City. The site is about <br />¼-mile southeast of the Redwood City Caltrain station and SamTrans bus depot, and <br />about ¾-mile southwest of US 101. The 1.64-acre site encompasses about one-third of <br />the block bounded by Franklin Street, Maple Street, El Camino Real, and Diller Street. <br />The project site is within the boundaries of the adopted Redwood City Downtown Precise <br />Plan (DTPP). <br /> <br />5.
