Bids will be received by the City of Redwood City, California for supply and installation of <br />battery back-up systems at select signalized intersections in Redwood City. Additional details <br />are provided on page 8, Bid Specification <br /> <br />2. Copies of this Notice Inviting Bids packet may be obtained from the Public Works Services <br />Department, 1400 Broadway Street, Redwood City, CA 94063, online at <br />http://www.redwoodcity.org/business/bids-proposals, or by calling (650) 780-7464. <br /> <br />3. Any questions regarding the bid packet should be directed in writing to the City Contact. The right is reserved, as the interest of the City may require, to purchase individual equipment, <br />materials, or supplies from more than one Bidder or all equipment, materials, or supplies from <br />one Bidder, to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in bids, and to accept, modify, <br />or reject any items of the bid. <br /> <br />5. Sealed bids must be received by the City of Redwood City at the Office of the City Clerk, <br />1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, CA at or before 3:30 p.m. PDT Wednesday, <br />February 22, 2017. Envelopes must be plainly marked: “SEALED BID FOR SUPPLY <br />AND INSTALLATION OF BBS DUE 3:30 P.M. WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 22.” Late <br />submittals will not be accepted. <br /> <br />6.
