Metallic piping shall not be used underground in those areas unlerlain by younger bay mud (see map published by Redwood City Building Division for approximate locations). " , (2) ABS and PVC DWV piping installations shall be limited to residential construction, not more than two ( 2) stories in height, except as required in Section 401 (a) (1).
