<br /> a certificate of approval, the Electrical
<br /> Inspector may give written temporary permission to
<br /> furnish electrical current to, or, the use of
<br /> electric current through any electrical system for
<br /> a period not to exceed thirty (30) days, when it
<br /> appears to the Electrical Inspector that such
<br /> electrical system may be used safely for such
<br /> purpose, and that there exists an urgent necessity
<br /> for such use.
<br /> " , (4) He shall condemn and reject all electrical
<br /> work or systems done, or being done, or materials
<br /> used, or being used which do not in all respects
<br /> conform to the provisions of this article of the
<br /> Electrical Code, and shall order such changes in
<br /> workmanship and/or materials as will make the same
<br /> conform thereto.
<br /> " , (5) Whenever the Electrical Inspector shall
<br /> find any building, structure, premises, or part
<br /> thereof, in or on which there is being maintained
<br /> an electrical system, or electrical work is being
<br /> performed in violation of the provisions of this
<br /> article or the Electrical Code, he shall notify in
<br /> writing the owner, agent, or other persons
<br /> responsible for the building, structure, premises,
<br /> system, or work, to correct such conditions, or to
<br /> remove, or cause to be reinstalled such system, or
<br /> work, in violation of this article or the
<br /> Electrical Code. Such notice shall specify a
<br /> reasonable time in which such condition shall be
<br /> corrected or in which such system, or work, shall
<br /> be removed or reinstalled, as the case may be. If
<br /> said notice is not complied with within said
<br /> specified time, the Electrical Inspector is hereby
<br /> authorized to order the discontinuance of electric
<br /> service to such building, structure, premise, or
<br /> part thereof.'"
<br /> "Section 9.113. (a) Except as provided to the
<br /> contrary in Section 9.116, no person shall: (i) perform any
<br /> electrical work in, outside, on, above, or under any
<br /> building, structure, or other premises, including, but not
<br /> necessarily limited to, yards, carnivals, parking lots, and
<br /> industrial substations without first obtaining an electrical
<br /> permit for such work, (ii) perform any electrical work for
<br /> the connection of any electrical system, or electrical work
