At the time of <br /> filing for a grading permit, the applicant shall <br /> deposit funds to cover the costs of plan checking. <br /> Prior to plan approval, additional fees shall be <br /> deposited to cover the costs of inspection. The plan <br /> checking and inspection deposit amounts and City costs <br /> shall be established by resolution of the City Council. <br /> Separate plan review and permit fees shall apply to <br /> retaining walls or major drainage structures as <br /> required elsewhere in this code. ' " <br /> "Section 9.47. Appendix Chapter 70 of the Building <br /> Code is hereby amended to insert the words 'City Engineer' <br /> at all locations in this appendix chapter where the words <br /> 'Building Official' are found." <br /> SECTION 4. Article V of Chapter 9 of the Redwood City Code <br /> is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "ARTICLE V. HOUSING CODE" <br /> "Section 9.60.
