- 10 - THENCE; South 28 Degrees, 20 Minutes West, parallel with the Northeasterly line of Chestnut Street and 100.0 feet more or less distant therefrom, a distance of 288.0 feet more or less to a point on the Northeasterly line of Middlefield Road, 84.00 feet in width (formerly known as Phelps Street, 60.00 feet in width). THENCE; continuing South 28 Degrees, 20 Minutes West, across Middlefield Road, ð distance of 84.00 feet to a point where the Southwesterly line of Middlefield Road intersects the Northwesterly line of lands described in that certain GRANT DEED recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo on December 24, 1964, in Volume 4865 of Official Records at Page 311.
