THENCE; North 61 Degrees, 40 Minutes West, along the Northeasterly line of Shasta Street, a distance of 100.0 feet more or less to a point where the Northwesterly line of Lot 5 in Block 54 intersects the Northeasterly line of Shasta Street. THENCE; South 28 Degrees, 20 Minutes West, across Shasta Street, a distance of 60.00 feet to a point where the Northwesterly line of Lot 1 in Block 55 intersects the Southwesterly line of Shasta Street.
