4. Locate stationary noise -generating equipment as far as reasonable from <br />sensitive receptors where sensitive receptors adjoin or are near a <br />construction project area. <br />5. The mock-up should include all project colors and materials, windows for the <br />base and top, balconies, lighting, and architectural details, as well as construction details, <br />such as the weep screed, to understand how the design addresses them. Then schedule a <br />mock-up meeting with the Planning and Building Departments for final review and approval <br />of the project details. Certification Letters - Prior to final inspection, submit certification letters from the <br />following architects verifying that the project, as constructed, complies with approved <br />plans. After the certification letter has been submitted, the project planner will also <br />confirm substantial compliance with the approved plans during the scheduled final <br />inspection. Public Parking During Construction — Temporary parking meter permits shall be <br />issued prior to removing any public parking spaces from public use during <br />construction.
