Exhibit "All BOUNDARY DESCRIPTION UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 86-1 (CHESTNUT STREET) All that certain real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, described as follows: BEGINNING at the intersection of the Northwesterly line of Chestnut Street, 60.00 feet in width, with the Northeasterly line of El Camino Real, 100.00 feet in width, (formerly known as County Road, 66.00 feet in width) as said intersection is described in that certain CORPORATION GRANT DEED recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo on March 23, 1984, under Recorder's Serial No. 84031017. THENCE; from said POINT OF BEGINNING, Northwesterly along the Northeasterly line of El Camino Real, North 48 Degrees West a distance of 278.3 feet more or less to a point where the Southeasterly line of Cedar Street, 60.00 feet in width, intersects the Northeasterly line of El Camino Real. THENCE; Northeasterly, and along the Southeasterly line of Cedar Street, North 64 Degrees East a distance of 155.6 feet more or less to a point where the Southeasterly line of Cedar Street intersects the Southwesterly line of Lathrop Street, 60.00 feet in width, as said streets are shown on that certain map entitled "HANCOCK'S ADDI'J'ION '1'0 REDWOOD CITY", which map was filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo on February 21, 1962, in Book "Ell of Maps at Page 43, and a copy entered in Volume 1 of Maps at Page 80. THENCE; Southeasterly, along the Southwesterly line of Lathrop Street, South 26 Degrees East a distance of 103.2 feet more or less to a point where the Southwesterly Extension of the Northwesterly line of the lands described in that certain GRANT DEED recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo on July 15, 1973, in Volume 6433 of Official Records at Page 514, intersects the Southwesterly line of Lathrop Street. THENCE; Northeasterly, across Lathrop Street and along said Southwesterly Extension of said Northwesterly line of the lands described above, North 64 Degrees East a distance of 60.00 feet to a point on the Northeasterly line of Lathrop Street. THENCE; cOf1tinuing Northeasterly and along said Northwesterly line of the lands described above, North 64 Degrees East a distance of 125.0 feet more or less to the most Northerly corner of said lands. THENCE; continuing Northeasterly and along the Northwesterly line of the lands described in that certain CORPORATION GRANT DEED recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo on July 20, 1973, in Volume 6434 of Official Records at Page 245, North 64 Degrees East a distance of 125.0 feet more or less to a point on the Southwesterly line of Main Street (formerly known as Mound Street, 66.00 feet in width.) _._---
