than $12,200,000 of PFA Water Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2017 (2017 <br />Bonds) to refinance the PFA Water Revenue Bonds, Series 2007A and <br />approving all other related actions necessary in connection with the issuance of <br />the 2017 Bonds <br />RESOLUTION PFA 17-01 OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY PUBLIC FINANCING <br />AUTHORITY AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF NOT TO EXCEED $12,200,000 <br />PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF WATER REVENUE REFUNDING BONDS, SERIES 2017, <br />APPROVING THE FORM AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF AN <br />INDENTURE OF TRUST AND AN INSTALLMENT PURCHASE CONTRACT, <br />APPROVING THE FORM AND AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF BONDS PURSUANT TO <br />A NOTICE OF SALE OR A BOND PURCHASE AGREEMENT, APPROVING AN <br />OFFICIAL STATEMENT AND PROVIDING OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING <br />THERETO <br />M/S Gee/Aguirre to adopt a resolution authorizing the City of Redwood City Public <br />Financing Authority (PFA) to sell not more than $12,200,000 of PFA Water <br />Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2017 (2017 Bonds) to refinance the PFA <br />Water Revenue Bonds, Series 2007A and approving all other related actions <br />necessary in connection with the issuance of the 2017 Bonds, and to adopt a <br />resolution of the Public Financing Authority authorizing the Public Financing <br />Authority to sell not more than $12,200,000 of PFA Water Revenue Refunding <br />Bonds, Series 2017 (2017 Bonds) to refinance the PFA Water Revenue Bonds, <br />Series 2007A and approving all other related actions necessary in connection with <br />the issuance of the 2017 Bonds. Motion carried unanimously by roll call vote. <br />D. Second Reading of an Ordinance Authorizing an Amendment to the <br />Contract Between the Board of Administration of the California Public <br />Employees' Retirement System (CaIPERS) and the City Council of the <br />City of Redwood City (904) <br />Recommendation: <br />Waive the second reading and adopt the ordinance to amend the contract <br />between the City Council of the City of Redwood City and the Board of <br />Administration of the California Public Employees' Retirement System to provide <br />Section 20516(a) "Employee Sharing Cost of Additional Benefits for Tier 1 and <br />Tier 2 members of the International Association of Fire Fighters (I.A.F.F.) Local <br />2400 bargaining unit, and Tier 1 and Tier 2 members of the Redwood City Police <br />Officers' Association (P.O.A.) bargaining unit <br />M/S Howard/Gee to adopt an ordinance to amend the contract between the City <br />Council of the City of Redwood City and the Board of Administration of the <br />California Public Employees' Retirement System to provide Section 20516(a) <br />"Employee Sharing Cost of Additional Benefits for Tier 1 and Tier 2 members of <br />the International Association of Fire Fighters (I.A.F.F.)
